Mechanism: Distributing in drilling fluid, our plastic drilling ball beads sticks to the wall when mud cake formed creating hundreds of "miniature bearing", changing the way the wall and drilling tools contact, by "surface contact" into "contacts" and becomes the lubrication, friction reduction, non-stuck.

IV. Property and Application:
Drilling plastic ball beads is a kind of solid plastic ball lubricant in the oil & gas well exploration and drilling for fluid.
By pure mechanical and physical function, it can reduce the friction between drilling tools, drivepipe and well wall, preventing stuck and resistance and reduce the downhole accidents happened. Especially in the gradient well and horizontal well drilling and rake, our drilling plastic ball beads show its more advantage. Our plastic drilling ball beads can be used as lubricants in different wells drilling.
1. No effect to the performance of the drilling fluid;
2. Excellent resistance to temperature (resistance to 200° C);
3. It can significantly improve drilling fluid lubrication performance, effectively prevent blocked and stuck drill accident and ensure drilling well safely and quickly;
4. 1_3% is needed generally;
5. Applicant to all kinds of well exploration and production work;
6. Acid and alkali resistant, non-toxic, free from pollution to the environment, and it is easy to use.
