With high water-reducing rate, GX-N1 can greatly improve the fluidity of cement mixture and the slump of concrete, and significantly improve concrete workability. It has various technical and economic benefits such as improving project quality, speeding up project progress, and saving materials.
The product is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, roads and bridges, ports, docks, hydropower and other concrete projects. It is suitable for natural curing and steam curing concrete, concrete for precast units and prestressed concrete.
1. Its water reducing rate reaching up to 15%-30% with appropriate amount of admixture.
2. Significant water-reducing and dispersing effect; improving the fluidity of concrete and the grip strength of steel bars, while reducing the water-cement ratio. With this product used, 15%-20% of cement can be saved while the concrete could maintain its workability and strength; with the same usage ratio, it can increase the slump by more than 10 cm.
4. Reducing the water-cement ratio, reducing the amount of free water inside concrete, and improving frost resistance, impermeability and carbonization resistance of concrete.
1.Recommended usage amount: 1.5%-2.5%. Please determine the most suitable amount according to the materials used and the project conditions. It is advisable to choose reference concrete with the slump compatible with that of concrete with admixtures, so as to produce the best kind of concrete mixture.
